Can CONCEALoc Hidden Fasteners be used on angles?

Yes. Any angle up to 45 degrees can be achieved. On angles; offset the center of the fastener ½” towards the long point of the joist, so the screw will not exit the side of the joist when driven - check out the full answer to this question for further instructions.
